Barna has been privileged to spend the last thirty-seven years providing data and insights to support pastors.
With this new initiative, we plan to continue to serve church leaders with a variety of new offerings. Whether you choose to subscribe to the podcast, read the book with a group of peers, attend a free city roundtable in your city or join the six-month cohort, we hope you will experience a sense of encouragement and belonging.
Our desire is for pastors to be whole, healthy and ready to lead in fruitful and sustainable ministry for the coming decade.
If you’re committed to doing everything you can to become a more resilient leader, our 6-month cohort can help.
It’s an opportunity to connect with fellow pastors, discuss the challenges of church leadership, develop a data-driven understanding of the latest trends, and learn from experienced pastors such as Glenn Packiam, Sharon Hodde Miller, Rich Villodas, Ashlee Eiland and Scott Sauls.
These gatherings will be free, full day, in-person experiences to give pastors the space and time to invest in themselves and one another. They will feature talks from Glenn Packiam, the author of The Resilient Pastor, as well as content from other local pastors.
Join pastor and Barna Senior fellow, Dr. Glenn Packiam, as he invites leaders to think out loud together about the challenges and opportunities of church leadership in a rapidly changing world. In each episode, he will highlight a key bit of Barna data or an insight into the challenges pastors are facing. Then, he’ll host a conversation with a pastor, church leader, thinker or theologian about the health of the pastor, the state of the church and what it looks like to love well and lead faithfully.
