In partnership with VOCA Center, Barna’s Life@Work research delves into the evolving landscape of the workplace. Our findings reveal that while many U.S. workers experience genuine joy in their roles, this joy is intricately linked to factors beyond compensation—namely, relationships, purpose and impact. However, a significant number, particularly among younger generations, report feelings of overwhelm and disconnection.

Life@Work offers a glimpse into the dynamics shaping today’s workplace culture and experience. This new report provides actionable insights for leaders, churches and organizations to help people find deeper meaning in their work.
